Parking
There is a car parking area off the main drive. Please do not park in the farmyard or drive.
Arrival / Departure
Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 3pm and are requested to leave by 10.00am on the day of departure. Guests are also requested to leave the property as they found it, clean and tidy, thank you.
Linen
Duvets, pillows and all bed linen is provided in all cottages except the Part Farmhouse, where bed linen can be hired if required. Towels are only provided for overseas visitors but can be hired (POA).
Babies
Cots and high chairs can be provided. (Cot linen and bedding cannot be supplied.) Please advise us of your requirements in advance.
Security Deposit
A separate security deposit cheque for £100 is required at the time of final payment. This will be destroyed following your stay unless any extra cleaning, breakage or damage charges are deemed necessary.

Additional Information
Please note:-
- A separate communal drying area and coin operated tumble drier is available outside.
- Please bring your own bedding and linen for cot, dishwasher powder and barbecue fuel if required.
- No smoking please within the accommodation.
- B & B may be available nearby if required.
- Towels not supplied unless travelling from overseas but can be hired (price on application).
- Holidays are normally from Saturday 3pm arrival to Saturday 10am departure in the Dairy, Bull House and Part Farmhouseand Friday in the, Shippon, Trap House and Linhay.
- Out of season short breaks and two person discounts available.
- There are coin operated log burner style electric stoves in the Dairy, Shippon and Bull House should additional heating be required. The Trap House and Linhay have traditional woodburners (First basket of wood is free and there is a modest charge for subsequent wood).
- Up to 2 dogs accepted by arrangement in the Bull House. We regret only one dog can be accommodated in The Shippon and Dairy (2 dogs if just a couple are staying). The Trap House, Linhay and Part Farmhouse are strictly pet free.
NB. There is an additional change of £20 p.w per dog.
