BEESON FARM HOLIDAYS BOOKING CONDITIONS

Reservations are accepted by the owners on the following terms:-

1. For bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the agreed rental should be sent to us along with our Booking Form correctly completed and signed. This booking will become effective once it has been duly confirmed by us. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival date.

2. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival the total amount is payable and should be sent with the Booking Form correctly completed and signed. This booking will become effective once it has been duly confirmed by us.

3. Provisional bookings may be made by telephone and will be held for 7 days only and will not become effective until receipt of Booking Form, payment and due confirmation by us.

4. Properties are available from 3.00pm on the first day of your holiday and MUST be vacated by 10.00am on the last day. Without prior written agreement only members of your party as shown on the Booking Form may occupy the property. Extra charges may be applicable. The owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.

5. Only pets listed on the Booking Form are allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing. It is the responsibility of the signatory on the Booking Form to ensure that pets are never left unattended, kept off the furniture, not allowed upstairs and are well behaved. Outside dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times. The proprietors accept no responsibility for their safety. Children under 14 years must not be left unattended.

6. You must keep the property clean and in good order. We will charge a security deposit of £75 payable at the same time as the balance, due 6 weeks prior to arrival. You will be responsible for any damage, breakages or losses apparent on inspection after your departure that were not previously reported to us. These will be charged to you and deducted from the security deposit, the balance of which will be returned to you by post within 10 days. In the event of no loss, damage or extra cleaning, the security deposit cheque will be destroyed. On arrival please notify us immediately of any shortages or damaged items. Please note that a deduction will also be made if the property is not left in a clean and tidy condition.

7. Duvets and pillows are provided throughout. Bed linen and tea towels are provided in the cottages and can be hired in the Farmhouse if required. Cots, safety mattresses, and high chairs should be ordered, if required, prior to arrival. We regret that we do not supply bedding or linen for cots. Towels can be hired(P.O.A.)

8. If you have a complaint you should immediately contact the proprietors. No complaints can be considered after departure from the property.

9. The owners shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, to your property, or person , however caused.

10. We reserve the right to refuse any booking, and to cancel any booking made on the unlikely event of the property becoming unavailable through flood, fire etc., or any other event outside our control subject to a full refund of all monies paid. The owners shall not be under any other liability if such a cancellation occurs.

11. CANCELLATION. In the event of you having to cancel a booking, we will require notification in writing and we will then make every effort to re-let. If we do so, you will have no further payment to make, but if we are unable to re-let you will be responsible for the balance of the rent. We regret that we can not refund money if you decide to cut short your holiday. Failure to meet either of the payment deadlines is deemed cancellation and the property can be re-let without further notification.
