Our award winning South Devon cottages by the sea are perfect for those who appreciate tranquillity and the great outdoors. For young families there’s an onsite playground and of course the seaside is a short walk or drive away. We have an EV (electric vehicle) charging point for guests to use.

availability1The south facing cottages situated next to the rambling old Georgian farmhouse, have been sensitively converted from a range of traditional pink stone barns and adjoin a courtyard which is a summer haven for swallows.

The interiors are full of rural charm and rustic character, having old timbers, exposed stonework, natural slate shelves and traditional lime plaster finishes.

Beeson Farm cottages on the Devon coast are comfortably, tastefully and distinctively decorated. The cottages are furnished, centrally heated and equipped to a high standard.

Included in the price for The Cottages:-

  • Free Wifi
  • En-suite bathrooms and shower rooms (whirlpool bath in the Linhay).
  • A kingsize four poster bed in the Dairy, Shippon, Bull House and Linhay.

  • Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer in all cottages.
  • Stairgates at the top, and bottom of the stairs.

  • Own patio areas with picnic bench. The Trap House and Linhay also have their own fenced garden and the Linhay also has a balustraded wheelchair accessible sundeck.

  • Plenty of parking in our nearby off lane private car park, space for boats and trailers too.
  • Shared use of a table tennis table in an unconverted barn (9am-9pm).
  • Wildlife ponds and nature reserve which are attractively fenced and secured
  • Small unfenced dog exercise area with dog bin.
